Shoprite app suddenly crashed. Can’t view shopping list or anything else. App indicates “unable to connect”. Very disappointed since I constantly use this app when shopping.

I work on a computer all day, use lots of different apps. This us the least intuitive ever. I want to view the circular, create a shopping list and go! Takes so long, freezes. Really frustealing.

Worst app ever. The old one worked great. This doesn't work at all.Where was it developed? North Korea?

There are a lot of shopping apps in the marketplace and they could all learn from this one. Animated, Intuitive and above all very, very useful. Nicely done!

Not very pretty to look at and not as intuitve as others Ive used.

The app is great but where is retina support? This app is new, right? iPhone 4 is the newest iPhone, right? Then where is retina?

I like the digital coupons - doubles my savings when I have a manufacturer coupon!

I was in Shoprite in the Cheltenham location on 9/17 at 5:07pm. I attempted to check out my items. Then at that time a young woman. I found out was named Shantel. States to me the line at the self check out line. The line starts at the back. I relied, and said thank you. I asked the customers in line were they in line ,and which one. They relied and stated they were in the two lines. I proceeded to the last line to the right. The young woman name Shantel. Then proceeds to yelled across the floor and said the line starts back their. I stated to her and replied that I asked the customers were they in this line and said no. I was so appalled how she addressed me. In public like I was in the street. I proceeded to customer service to express my complaint at the entrance were you enter. I asked the representative what was the young lady name, and she refused to give it!! Then a customer over heard me, and directed me to the manager Gary. I told him what transpired he apologized for the incident. I also shared with him as well that the individual Shantel. I envisioned as not a good customer interaction, and how also as well her hair. The eye lashes was not something that I felt was not professional and appropriate and, and inviting in the work place. Especially interfacing with customers. Lastly I can understand that when I approached customer service they did want to address the issue. However when I asked for the name I should have been able to obtain it regardless if it was a complaint or a complement. This is the reason why. I go to Acme even though the prices may be higher but the service is A+ all the time. I tired my best to support my local Shoprite. In my community but it hard when this thing happens. I hope you take this as a coaching opportunity. Please make this a place. That will be more customer service friendly, and warm and inviting!

I will give a five star but need to have a select all at once, is time consuming go one by one. Beside that is no problem.

If you click on a digital coupon to activate then go back to the main list, it would be much more helpful to start where you came from instead of going to the top of the list. Not very efficient. Otherwise, app is easy to use, coupons easy to activate and shop from home integrates with my account on their website. No other issues.

It is so easy to use. I like the svg I get. Making my shopping list keeps me on budget.

Easy to use app. I like that the sales are broken into categories. The digital coupons are nice. My only draw back is that it takes to long to load the app. When Im trying to access my card and people are waiting behind me I find it rude.

As a grocery app, this is similar and as well designed as any other. Adding items, particularly those on sale, is fast and easy. The ability to access the app, either by wifi or data, is no longer an issue. Note that a lot of the negative reviews relate to the stores performance, not to the app.

It crashes when you go to purchase how stupid is that. Tried across multiple ios8 -ios10 devices and it crashes on all of them. Crashes on iPads but not on my iPhone btw So basically useless well done shop rite fix it and I may buy from you again

Easy to use

Worst app ever I continue to load coupons that never seem to work. I get to the registered when asked if I have coupons I always say yes just the ones on my card. Then when I check my receipt of course they didnt apply. I go back and check the coupon does show loaded and I purchased the right item correct size so disappointed once again in Shop Rite probably time to find anther store.
