Each time I try to use my digital coupons it doesnt work at the checkout line. Ive added them in the app and I show customer service and they check to see if Ive bought the correct items, which I have. Customer service reimburses me and they do all they can, but it still doesnt work. Its frustrating and time consuming to have go to customer service after checking out. I wish this could be fixed soon!

This app is a good idea but needs work. When you are looking through the list and click on information about the product and then go back to the list it doesnt go back to where you left off. It goes back almost to the top of the list. Then you have to scroll through hundreds of products again. The app also needs a separate list of the coupons you choose. When you are in the store looking for the product you have to go through the entire list to find the items you added. This takes a long time because not everything is in the right category. This app makes shopping long and aggravating.

No kosher category. No actual pages of the weekly ads but rather a list. The digital coupons should automatically be downloaded once I have downloaded your app. We need to have a way to locate a product once we are in the store.

This app doesnt load the coupons to your Price Plus Card for auto deduct at checkout. Says it does but nothing happens at checkout.

I really enjoyed this app but for the last couple of weeks I cant get in at all. The app keeps closing on its own I checked my iPhone for bugs but its the app.

There seems to be a bug in this program, and its been there for a while. If you are scrolling through the digital coupons, and look at the coupon, as opposed to adding it, then when you go back, it brings you to the top of the list of the coupons. This can be annoying, especially if you are halfway through scrolling down 150+ coupons, and you have to go all the way back up to the top and start again. I hope they fix this soon.

Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes. Only began happening with the most recent iOS update. The app needs to be updated I think

Ive been a loyal steady customer of ShopRite for the last 36 years. When ShopRite began delivery service years ago I was one of their first steady delivery customer. Throughout the years, with my experience shopping in the actual ShopRite store I have no complaints. However, the home shopping is ABSURD ! After so many years, same mistakes are still made and it hasnt improved. Im talking about the people who select your grocery items. They are the WORST in selecting your produce or dairy or just about anything ! Over and over and over I continue to write notes next to the item when Im ordering online to PLEASE check all expiration dates on my milk, yogurt, bread, etc. And I still receive food that is just about to expire !!! Its so frustrating that they do this constantly ! Yesterday I ordered Thomas English muffins and wrote a note to check the date.....Can you believe they sent me the muffins that are expiring the very next day ?? How can I eat six muffins in one day ??? I am beyond annoyed with this on going annoyance. Also, they send the most rotten fruit you can imagine! They must take from the produce about to be thrown away. Yesterday I asked for a bunch of 5 yellowish firm bananas. They sent me 5 LOOSE INDIVIDUAL bananas , NOT in a bunch !!! How can hang loose bananas on my banana hook when theyre all individual? No one wants five different size, loose, separated bananas..., when you order bananas youre supposed to get a bunch together!! I am furious ! I threw the bananas away. Another thing they do which irritates me beyond you can imagine is that they pack the cleaning products or cat food in the same bag as my food !!!! Thats insane and very WRONG! One time they packed Clorox cleanup spray with my cookies and cake and I the Clorox leaked all over my cookies and cake which I had to throw away.another time they packed fabric softener dryer sheets with my fruit !!! Fruit tasted like perfume (Downy) !! Three all the fruit in The garbage! Everyone knows you never put clean products in the same bag as food and you never put cat food in the same bed as food! So they need to TEACH or RE-TRAIN their employees whoever does the home shopping how to pack groceries !! Im not sure I will ever shop there again or ever have home delivery again. And Im cant recommend ShopRite for these reasons. ShopRite Home Shopping Service is HORRIFIC !!

New store in Whitman plaza is horrible. All the prices have gone up dramatically and I assume it is so the customers will pay for the new location. Only 6 handicapped parking spaces and way too few. A lot of elderly use that store and are forced to park at least 300 or even 400 feet away from the door. The other day I went there and it was pouring. While trying to walk over 300 feet to the car with umbrella and a walking device, I could not do that and hold on to my cart or bags at same time. Things were soaked when I got home. Bread got wet even in plastic bags and I have requested management to install more handicapped spaces and he just said sure thing and walked away from me. Wont be returning.

Spending tons to remodel but never have checkouts open. Possibly the worse store I have ever been to. Waiting to checkout for twenty minutes...just terrible.

Ive been using this app for a year now I do like it but your digital coupons some download and others say yikes your not connect but you can still use your shopping list and I am connected so its needs a lot of work !

Im never without my shoprite app ! I use it for the weekly sales along with just stopping in for ingredients for dinner!!!!! Also, the online coupons are great and fit what Im buying! Thank you for your time!!! Sue F. Pennsylvania

My wife has said to me, at times, after shopping at Shop Rite, that she wonders if the store is closing since she cant find certain products anymore, that the shelves arent stocked and there is no one around to ask. When I shopped for us recently I was looking for a certain Snapple Tea. The shelf was empty but four feet overhead was a whole unopened case. I went and found a rolling ladder and climbed up and got it. Talk about self serve. Also, why do they put the things you need the most, like dairy in the back of the store? I use a cane and when picking up milk and cheese and yogurt I have to do a lot of walking. Our store is Somers Point NJ. It needs help.

I use it to plan shopping trips. I see whats on sale and plan accordingly. I wish there were more coupons and better value for them.

I went to this store today to take advantage of the fried chicken sale. At 3:30 this afternoon I was told it all was gone and they were done frying for the day. How can you be done before the dinner hour begins? I should have learned my lesson from a few months ago when I had to wait forty minutes for fried chicken, got it home and it tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Next time I will pay more and go somewhere else.

I shop at Timonium store, at home service needs some work. 1,coupons dont get deducted and credited to my account. 2,some items are not what the list stated. 3, expired or not fresh items. Dont understand why coupons cant be on site and selected like digital ones. Need this service but may shop at other shop at home grocery service.

Otherwise Im a happy customer.

This app is so convenient to have! When I forget my list I can just look on my phone in the app. Ive lost my card and use this app to get the number. Its great!

Basic features of the app require sign-in, and creating and account requires a shoppers plus card. I just want to try the app. I am not going to go through all of that effort just to find out I dont like the app.
