Shop Rite is a great grocery store with awesome sales all the time. A clean store with excellent customer service. Shop Right is the only grocery store that I shop in. The meat department staff is the best.

Got as far as the sign in screen now the app just closes and returns to the iPhone home screen.

The design is just poor. I would recommend that the design team should solicit people who use it (more like trying to) and follow them for practical experience in the store. I would also suggest that they get ideas from other store apps. For instance my Whole Foods card once scanned, applies all applicable digital coupons to my order. The SR apps digital coupon structure is laughable.

Handy to build shopping lists and includes your Price Club card for easy scanning. Wish it was easier to remove items from the shopping list, and filter the coupons: I dont eat meat, so Id like to filter all the coupons for meatballs and chicken nuggets, you know? Ultimately offers little more than a generic shopping list app.

This app continuously shuts down when logged in. It works if I am not logged in but cannot use any of the coupons. Ive lost out on many coupons because of this issue. Ive deleted and re downloaded several times but the same thing happens every time.

Hamden Ct location: The online and delivery service is very good and helpful. However there are some areas of concern: 1. To often items are out of stock when it does not indicate so when ordering on line. 2. On occasion I was told that an item was out of stock however when I directed the picker to the isle, item was located. Perhaps items that are indicated out of stock should be checked by a manager prior to delivery. 3. I have on occasion received rotting and mildewed fruit. 4. Thank you for offering coupons, please indicate if you offer them once a week or randomly. I often place a sizable order only to receive coupon next day. Overall good system, employees are relatively friendly and delivery person is great. I will continue to use your service. Thank you

My app works quickly. I am a big user of digital coupons and the savings adds up quickly. Also, the customer service agents know where items are located throughout.

The app is easier than cutting coupons from the paper or printing from a coupon site, thats for sure. I wish it were easier to go through the coupons in an organized way like categories, but overall a good app. Used it three or four times

This app is so antiquated. Its not user friendly. I should be able to view the Weekly Circular in image format, rather than by list. I should be able to look at all the digital coupons I had already selected in a separate page, rather than go through the entire list for all the digital coupons to see what was already loaded to my card. This app needs a major upgrade. Its terrible.

The app is good for holding your price plus card its a little clunky other than that

I downloaded this for my iPad mini 3. As soon as the SR logo appears, it goes black and Im back at the home screen for iPad. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it, same old story. Its disappointing and frustration. The other reviews on this page dont look so swell, either

App is good to surf through. Though ecoupons dont work most of the time. You have to keep an eye on checkout else you will miss it & then stand in queue for Customercare.

Why is sign in required?

I have been a long time customer and I am thrilled with the new store in Danbury, CT. The prices are always reasonable and the sale items fit my needs. I have shopped at stores in NY, NJ & CT.

Force closes does not work

The app stinks. It just keeps crashing and I have no way to fix it. No one to contact. I would give it ZERO STARS but it wont let me.

A few recommended enhancements to the app.... The coupons that we have used should automatically be moved into another folder called "Used," so we dont forget that we have used them and then try to use them again. We should be able to move coupons to a "Deleted" folder if we dont plan on ever using them. We should have an option to sort the coupons by "New Added," so we dont have to go through all the old coupons to see the new ones.

Worked great on galaxy s5, has never worked on iPhone 5s or now 7, useless to me and I used to use it all the time! Opens and crashes immediately. Update????
