Takes less than five minutes to save money! Better than coupon clipping!

Was just at the shoprite in Hackensack and asked about eggs that were on sale because there werent anymore in the dairy case. Customer service woman calls someone and then tells me to go back to where eggs are and someone will bring some. After 10 minutes and no individual or announcement I go back to customer service and tell the same woman no one came and shes like so flippant and unconcerned so she makes another call and sends me somewhere else. So I tell her why are you making me go all over the place and then she catches an attitude and calls me names as if its a bother to ask her anything. It was embarrassing and I said something back as well. When I get to where the eggs were I see a worker approaching me and I thought he was going to hand them to me so I asked him if he was going to the dairy case and he said no. He said he told the woman from customer service that the bin was set up in the back and to send customers there. So I go to speak with the manager and now I see why this shoprite is so horrible. His general demeanor was standoffish and he was like did you get your eggs and was basically blowing the whole thing off saying yeah Ill talk to her. As if again me speaking to him was an inconvenience. Sad to say Ive been a 15 yr shoprite customer and now all Id ever say about this store is Stay as far away as possible!

Just downloaded the app. As soon as you input your username and password, the app blocks and exists. Cant log in. Tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. Same issue. Ugh! Thanks shoprite for advertising digital apps which i cant even use now.

Why have it in the AppStore if its not going to work?

This app is not user friendly. I downloaded it to get digital coupons which turns out arent that helpful for me anyway. I dont purchase much prepackaged processed food.

App crashes at launch. Please fix!

I just remembered to load my digital coupons just before I entered ShopRite. When I finished shopping and was ready to check out, I was told by the cashier that it would take 24hrs. for the coupons to register. Not a very smart app. Ill think twice about popping into ShopRite.

Cannot open app without it crashing immediately. I even deleted and added it again, and it still keeps crashing.

Im not going to say the app isnt useful. But its best features are serious flawed and frustrating. For example theres a screen that lets you choose coupons to load into your store card. But there no place you can see whats already loaded. And if youre in the store and you dont have an elephants memory you have no idea what to buy. This doesnt help me and it doesnt help the store because Im not buying what j cant remember. Theres no way to log out of your account. An unfortunate omission. Its like the people why write this stuff dont even use it.

I just left after shopping and while I was thrilled to load coupons to my card to save more money .... I have two areas of improvement and then I think this could be a five star app. 1) while I was loading coupons which is the easy part... I click to see the details of the coupon like size and quantity needed to save noted amount upon clicking back to the list I noticed that it brings you back to the top of the coupon offers rather than keeping your place. Every time I checked out the details I had to then scroll down to where I think i left off ... This was frustrating as I feel others would find as well. 2) when I added coupons I had said wow "clear eyes" and clicked to load to my card... Going down that isle I said hey j think I clicked on a coupon for that ..... Well that was the problem I couldnt for the life of me re-find it to make sure I was going to buy the right one. (Today was my first time in one year that I re- tried this app) I did a search under health and beauty and it did not come up I racked my brain trying and wasting time to locate it and could not ... I asked the cashier for help and told her this app needs a "search" item spot. She called over the head cashier who proceeded to see if she could bring it up and could not .... Meanwhile an unlucky customer had gotten inline wasting her time too! Well finally I said just add the clear eyes to my bill.... Guess what happen❓ the app savings did come off but not without a headache! For me and three other people. Im sorry customer who was behind me today ...so this review is for you... May we all have more minutes in the future.

Was so disappointed,they scanned my card & didnt get one digital coupon. Sooo disappointed.

Attempted to use Price Plus Card in app and code was unable to be reading scanner.

Well S-Rite is surely keeping up with the digital age. I love this App, however it should list the digital coupons in Alphabetic order. The home shopping Ive done before, I shopped for four weeks of groceries when I had my knee operation and it was a God send! Thank you Shop-Rite!

Freezes up does not operates smooth, just frustrating.

This app will struggle to open when Im the Shoprite. That can be improved.

I keep trying to get this app, but as soon as I install it and try to use it, it crashes. I try every couple of months -- same story every time. iPhone 5c.

I spent less time registering for the military! Now this app doesnt work at all!!

Like that i can scan from my phone.
